Payment Options

Bow Valley College offers students different payment options. When making a payment, please provide your Alberta Student Number (ASN) or Bow Valley College student ID number.

It is the responsibility of each student to ensure that the application, tuition and student fees are paid in full.

In person

Payment is accepted in person at the Client Services Desk located in South Campus, 1st floor,  345 - 6 Ave SE, Calgary Alberta.

  • Cash
  • Draft and Cheques are also accepted.

Credit Card

To pay with Visa or Mastercard, please complete the Credit Card Authorization Form and email it to the International Education Office or pay directly at the Client Services Desk located in South Campus, 1st floor.

*If paying by Wire Transfer, please note your bank, the intermediary bank (if applicable), and the College’s bank each charge a fee to process your payment. The International Education Office recommends that you add CAD$15 to CAD$20 to your payment to cover bank charges.

It is the responsibility of each student to ensure that the Application fee, Tuition and Fees are paid in full.

MyBVC account

Bow Valley College now has an online payment service for learners. Our learners will access this online payment service through their mybvc student portal. The online payment service has an easy-to-use interface and includes a much improved Statement of Accounts feature and access to an electronic version of the learner’s invoice of amount due.  All of this is built with strong data protection and security features.

Your MyBVC account allows you to make online payments towards your tuition, review your student account statement and receive course information. In order to receive your login information make sure you have entered the student's email address clearly in the "Applicant Contact Information" field in BVC's application form.

All students that get acceptance into a program will have their mybvc account information available.
